Foreword

Paneagle Holdings Berhad (Paneagle) is a privately held public company, incorporated in Malaysia in 1996 under the Company's Act, 1965.

We have set our vision to become a premier technology powerhouse with business focus in the Engineering & Construction (E&C) industry as well as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. We develop and integrate cutting edge technologies into engineering and ICT projects that improve living standards of the public as envisioned by our Prime Minister.

In the past several years, Paneagle has established working partnerships with large international corporations like NTT Data Corporation of Japan, Frontstep Inc. of USA, Rehm Grenikar Ltd. of South Africa, Virinchi Ltd of India and several other local IT and engineering companies to realise the projects in line with the vision of the government.

Being a technically sound, innovative and financially stable bumiputra organisation, Paneagle has managed to successfully deliver all the projects undertaken, well within stipulated time and cost.

Paneagle is looking forward to participate more aggressively in the government-related socio economic projects. It is envisioned that through our active involvement in such projects, we will be able to develop many smaller bumiputra entrepreneurs through our downstream partnership programmes.

As the chairman of the group, I take this opportunity to welcome all the existing and potential clients of the company to work together with us, to foster greater working relationship, in helping the government to achieve its vision and goals and to eventually become an economically respected, fully developed nation.

In order to face the unavoidable force of globalisation, we must become innovative and creative entrepreneurs in our respective industries. Only then can we become a recognised player of that industry in the centre-stage of global economy.
